How To Buy Xenical 120mg Capsules

To purchase Xenical is very straightforward and simple. First, you’ll need to fill out a quick medical consultation. This is just to let our pharmacists be able to access and check if Xenical is safe for you. Once that’s done, just choose the pack size you want, add it to your cart, and then proceed to checkout. One of our UK-registered pharmacists will then review your answers and, if everything looks good, will then go ahead and give you your prescription. If they need a bit more info, they’ll reach out to you via email. Your Xenical treatment will then be packed up safely at our pharmacy and sent to you with tracked delivery, so you’ll always be fully aware of your package.

What Is Xenical

Xenical is a weight loss medication that users can try with the permission of a pharmacist or a physician. It works by minimising the amount of fat your body absorbs from food. When taken in conjunction with a calorie-controlled diet and physical exercise, it helps you lose weight while also allowing you to maintain a healthy weight.

Xenical (brand name Orlistat) is the first prescription-only weight loss medication that is licensed in the UK, and its brand name is Roche.

How does Xenical work?

When you eat food, lipases in your gut help cut dietary fat into smaller particles that your body can more easily absorb. This process is prevented by Xenical, which means that up to 30% of the fat you eat isn't absorbed, and instead it will pass through your digestive system.

This calorie decrease is what leads to the sustained weight loss effect. Unlike medications that work on the brain or appetite, Xenical works by acting against a molecule that basically digests the fat in your food, which means it doesn’t have the potential for tolerance that some medications do.

What results can I expect with Xenical?

Over serious research studies have shown that people who take Xenical alongside a calorie-controlled diet can lose up to an average of 5–10% of their body weight within the first 12 months of taking Xenical. Some people achieve better results, especially when treatment is combined with regular exercise and long-term lifestyle changes.

You can expect to start seeing results in the first 2-3 months of taking medications. If you don’t manage to lose at least 5% of your starting weight in 3 months, then you’ll need to meet with your pharmacist and review whether Xenical is the right option for you.

Do I need to make any other lifestyle adjustments?

The simple answer is yes, Xenical can definitely help with weight loss, but it’s not some type of magic potion; you’ll need to make some lifestyle adjustments to get the best out of it. The main thing is committing to a calorie-controlled diet. If you eat way too much fatty food, then not only will you reduce the effectiveness of the treatment, but you will also cause side effects like oily stools.

Alternatives to Xenical

Xenical (Orlistat 120mg) is used in the treatment of obesity and belongs to the drug class peripherally acting antiobesity agents. If it’s not appropriate for you, your pharmacist may suggest other medications, including

·         Orlistat (generic) – the non-branded version of Xenical, but it works in exactly the same way with the same results.

·         Alli (Orlistat 60mg) – This is a lower-dose version available without a prescription, usually for people who don’t qualify for the full-strength capsule.

·         Newer treatments like Mounjaro or Wegovy – These are weekly injections that work differently by helping control appetite and have shown higher weight loss results.

Your prescriber will help determine which is the right fit for you, based on your health, lifestyle, and weight loss goals.

How to use Xenical Capsules 120mg

Take one Xenical 120mg capsule with each of your three main meals per day. The capsule may be taken before, during, or up to 1 hour after your meal. Always take the capsule with water without crushing or chewing it.

If you miss a meal or your meal contains no fat, you should also skip that dose. Do not exceed three capsules per day.

For optimal results, take Xenical alongside a calorie-controlled diet and exercise. Spread your daily fat allotment evenly throughout breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Eating in a very greasy manner may raise the chance of certain GI effects; oily stools, or perhaps oil inside your bowel movements, being one of these.

If you miss a capsule, just wait until your next meal and take your normal serving. Do not take two doses at one time to make up for a missed dose.

How often should it be taken?

Xenical should be taken three times a day, one hour after each meal. You can take the capsule just before, during, or up to one hour after your meal. If you skip a meal, then you should also skip that dose.
