We use Royal Mail and DPD to deliver the product.

Transit time is 3 Working Day (Mon-Sat)
The order cut-off time will be 1:00 PM. Time Zone: (GMT+00:00) Edinburgh, London

CHANGE OF ADDRESS
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at info@curedpharmacy.com however this is not guaranteed.

Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.

Shipping Policy – Lost Parcels

At our company, we aim to ensure all orders are delivered safely and on time. However, in the rare event that a parcel is lost in transit, the following process applies:

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe and is confirmed as missing, we will initiate an investigation with the courier responsible for the shipment. Once the courier has completed their investigation and provided a final outcome, we will proceed accordingly:

  • If the parcel is confirmed lost, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund, based on your preference and product availability.
  • If the parcel is located and delivery is completed, no further action will be taken.
  • If the investigation determines the parcel was delivered correctly, we will review the case further but may not be able to offer a refund or replacement.
