Buy Tetralysal (Lymecycline) 408mg Capsules Online in the UK

Tetralysal 408mg comes as a red and yellow capsule that contains a very active ingredient called Lymecycline, which belongs to a group of antibiotics called tetracycline. It’s mainly recommended for acne treatment.

This medicine treats acne by killing (Cutibacterium acnes) the leading bacteria that causes acne and by keeping your pores open. Not only does Tetralysal support the reduction of bacteria growth, it also stops new pores from opening up.

Tetralysal is meant for people with moderate to severe acne, when creams or gels alone aren’t enough to do the job. Most people notice results only after 6–8 weeks. But most likely your pharmacist will recommend you keep using the medication for a few months to achieve the best results.

The capsules are taken just once a day, so it’s an convenient and simple alternative to older antibiotics that required multiple doses. Tetralysal comes as both a branded and an unbranded generic lymecycline, both of which contain the same active ingredient and work in the same way.

Tetralysal is only appropriate for adults and children 12 years of age or older.

To keep your medicine in the best condition, always store Tetralysal in its original packaging to protect it from light, at a temperature below 25°C, and out of sight and reach of children.

How Does Tetralysal Work?

How does Tetralysal work to clear acne? Tetralysal prevents the bacteria that cause acne by attaching itself to the proteins that allow them to grow and multiply. By preventing this process, the infection slowly clears, and the inflammation of the spots decreases.

As well as knocking out bacteria, Tetralysal soothes redness and swelling to help your skin heal more smoothly in the long run. It doesn’t work immediately — improvement is progressive — but when used consistently, it helps to break the acne cycle and prevent new breakouts from forming.

Direction Of Use

When taking Tetralysal (Lymecycline) 408mg, it’s recommended to always follow the instruction of your pharmacist. The usual dose for acne is one capsule per day, preferably in the morning. Swallow the capsule whole with a full glass of water.

Your method of treatment depends on the severity of your acne and how well your skin responds to it. But normally it lasts atleast 8 weeks.

Immediately contact your pharmacist if you have taken too many capsule or preferrably go to the nearest hospital emergency department. This should be more urgent if a child has swallowed a capsule.

Do not take a double dose to make up for it. Take the missed dose as soon as you remember, unless it’s almost time for your next one.

Tetralysal is an antibiotic, so acne usually improves gradually. Stopping too early could cause your acne to return or worsen.

Side Effects

You should avoid taking Tetralysal if you are allergic to lymecycline, other tetracycline antibiotics or any medication that has lymecycline. This medicine is also not for you if you’ve ever had kidney disease, or if you are pregnant or breast-feeding, or a child under the age of 12.

Be cautious while exposed to the sun if you are on Tetralysal, as it can render your skin more susceptible to natural and artificial UV rays. If you spend a lot of time outdoors, protect yourself from burning with sunscreen and protective clothing.

Tetralysal can also interact with other medicines, so make sure your pharmacist knows if you’re taking indigestion remedies, ulcer-healing drugs, supplements with calcium, aluminium, magnesium, zinc, or iron, or medicines for blood pressure, epilepsy, or acne (like retinoids). Don’t take them at the same time — leave a gap of at least two hours.

It is not safe to take Tetralysal during pregnancy and if you are breast-feeding. If you get pregnant while taking this drug, stop taking it and tell your pharmacist right away.

Like all antibiotics, Tetralysal can disrupt the natural balance of bacteria in your body and cause thrush or other digestive issues.
