Rozex Gel is a trusted rosacea treatment that contains 0.75% metronidazole, a powerful active ingredient to help treat rosacea on the forehead, nose, cheeks, and chin. Rosacea can result in ongoing redness, flushing, tiny pimples, and visible blood vessels.

Rozex Gel helps with the inflammation of rosacea and prevents the growth of bacteria on the skin, which may trigger rosacea to flare up. With consistent use, it can help minimize flare-ups, redness, and enhance overall skin appearance.

This Rozex Gel is for adults and should be applied on affected areas of the face one or two times a day as prescribed by your pharmacist. Many people begin seeing results around a few weeks, but most people need to keep using these drugs once per day, every day, for best effect.

Rozex Gel is only for use on the skin and must not get into your eyes, mouth, or the inside of your nose.

It’s available in a 50g tube and should be kept out of the reach of children and stored below 25°C.

Direction Of Use

· Always use Rozex Gel exactly as your pharmacist tells you.

· Wash and dry the areas of skin where your rosacea flares up before applying.

· Squeeze out a small amount and spread a thin layer over all the affected areas.

· Avoid getting the gel in your eyes, mouth, or nose.

· Rub the gel in gently so it absorbs into the skin.

· Wash your hands after applying and make sure the cap is put back on.

· Usually, Rozex gel is used twice a day, once in the morning and once at night, unless your pharmacist says otherwise.

· Stick with it, rosacea treatment takes time.

Side Effects

Common side effects (may affect up to 1 in 10 people):

· Dry skin

· Redness or mild irritation

· A burning or stinging feeling when applied

· Itchy skin

Uncommon side effects (may affect up to 1 in 100 people):

· Worsening of rosacea at the start of treatment (this usually settles with time)

· Skin peeling or scaling

· Rash

Rare but serious side effects (affecting fewer than 1 in 1,000 people):

· Severe allergic reaction with swelling of the face, lips, tongue, or throat, difficulty breathing, or hives. If this happens, stop using Rozex Gel immediately and get medical help.
