Directions for Use

1. Fill the clean sinus rinse bottle with lukewarm distilled or previously boiled water.
2. Add one sachet of the NeilMed Sinus Rinse mixture to the water.
3. Close the bottle with the cap and shake gently to mix the solution.
4. Lean over a sink, tilt your head to one side, and gently insert the tip of the bottle into one nostril.
5. Squeeze the bottle gently to allow the solution to flow into the nostril and out through the other nostril.
6. Repeat the process for the other nostril.
7. Use as directed by a healthcare professional.
