2. Lay out all components on a clean, flat surface: test cassette, swab, extraction tube with buffer solution, and the result card.

4. Gently swab the back of your throat (tonsil area) on both sides, rotating the swab 3–4 times.
5. Using the same swab, insert it approximately 2–3 cm into one nostril and rotate 5 times, then repeat in the other nostril.
6. Place the swab into the extraction tube and stir it vigorously for 15 seconds, pressing the tip against the sides of the tube.
7. Squeeze the tube to express liquid, then attach the nozzle cap provided.
8. Hold the test cassette flat and apply 3 drops of the extracted liquid to the sample well (marked S).
9. Wait 15–30 minutes before reading the result. Do not read after 30 minutes.
10. Read the result: C line only = negative; C and T lines = positive; T line only (no C line) = invalid, repeat with a new kit.
