What it is:

  • Accu-Chek Fastclix Lancets come in a pack of 204 lancets.
  • These lancets are specially designed for use with Accu-Chek Fastclix lancing device.
  • They are used for obtaining a small blood sample for blood glucose testing.

Directions/How to use:

  • Insert the lancet into the lancing device according to the device's instructions.
  • Adjust the depth setting as required.
  • Place the device on the fingertip and press the button to obtain a blood sample.

Warnings:

  • For single use only. Do not reuse lancets to prevent infection.
  • Keep out of reach of children.
  • Do not use if the protective cap is damaged or missing.
