After injection, apply gentle pressure with a clean cotton pad but avoid rubbing the area, which can disperse the medication and increase irritation.

Optimal Injection Site Rotation Schedule

Divide your abdomen into four quadrants and alternate between them weekly, avoiding the area within 5cm of your navel. For thigh injections, use the front and outer portions of the upper leg, rotating between left and right.
