Directions for Use

1. Shake the bottle gently before use.
2. Blow your nose gently to clear the nasal passages.
3. Tilt your head slightly forward and insert the nozzle into one nostril.
4. Spray the solution into your nostril while breathing in gently.
5. Repeat the process for the other nostril.
6. Use 1-2 sprays in each nostril, up to 3 times a day.

Warnings
