Complaints Process

If your complaints relates to a pharmacy matter, please submit it in writing via email or post, as we are unable to process these by phone. Upon receiving your complaint, our team will begin an investigation promptly. We aim to acknowledge all formal complaints within three working days and to provide a full response within five working days of acknowledgment. If additional time is required for a thorough investigation, we will keep you informed of the progress.

Should you feel that your complaint has not been resolved to your satisfaction, you have the option to escalate it to the General Pharmaceutical Council:
