Returns Policy

Returning Products Initiative

You need to reach out to our Customer Care team before initiating any returns to confirm the eligibility of the item category.

Consumer Contracts Regulations

You must notify us about your dissatisfaction within  14 days after receiving your entire order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional  Charges) Regulations.

We need the items back within 7 days after your notification email for us to process your refund. The costs of return postage remain your responsibility since they will not be refunded.

Items need to arrive back in perfect condition with all hygiene seals still attached. Health or hygiene requirements make a product unusable for return after unsealing.

Our pharmacy registration requires us to destroy all returned medications so please think carefully before ordering and returning items.

The Consumer Contracts Regulations allow us to decrease your refund amount for non-faulty products that show signs of usage or damage. The reduction will take the form of a value decrease, which could reach 100% of the item's worth.

How to Return Items

Contact us at info@curedpharmacy.com to begin your return process. The system will provide instructions for returning your product when it meets the return criteria. Send your returned items to us via postal services within seven days after receiving your returns form.

Repack the items carefully before sending them to:

Make sure to include your order details in the package and get a "Proof of Postage" from the Post Office to protect against lost order situations.

What can't be returned?

As a regulated pharmacy, we are required to comply with strict health and safety standards. As such, certain items are exempt from our standard returns policy. Please note that the list below is not exhaustive, and these conditions do not affect your statutory rights:

  • Perishable items, including food, confectionery, and baby milk
  • Medicinal products or services that have been dispensed or purchased
  • Cosmetics such as nail polish, makeup, hair dye, and perfume
  • Products that have been opened, damaged, or no longer have their original manufacturer seal intact
  • Any medicinal products or services provided on prescription or supplied under an NHS arrangement
  • Expired items

This service is in addition to our standard services and is effective upon payment of the additional fee.

Damaged and Faulty Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you can claim a refund for faulty goods within 30 days of receipt.  The company will provide free replacement or repair service for the item. You can request a refund, including shipping costs, if the replacement item and the repaired item both prove defective.

The warranty does not extend to products that fail because of normal usage. Check any additional manufacturer's warranties for electrical items for extra coverage.

Processing Refunds

We process refunds after receiving returned items and transfer the funds to the initial payment  method. Your bank provider determines the time frame for processing refunds which typically takes 5-7 working days.

Refund Exclusions

Pharmacy-Only medicines or items with broken hygiene seals cannot be returned. Store-like inspections are permitted, but used items must be returned only when they are damaged or faulty.

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in the post. Your items need proper packaging, and you should also get proof of the postal service. It takes 3-5 working days for your items to arrive at our facility. We do not provide exchange services for products sent by post. Expect to receive your refund within 14 days.
Cancellation Policy

All orders approved by our pharmacy team will not be eligible for cancellation because we maintain expedited dispatch periods. Customers who have not received approval for their order can ask our customer service team to cancel it. We will attempt to cancel your request, but we cannot promise cancellation after your order enters the approval stage.

Liability

Our liability exposure for failing to deliver orders has a maximum value equal to the order price.
